We are seeking an experienced General Manager for an automotive manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both French and English and have a strong background in manufacturing and production .

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and production targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Full P&L responsibility

Requirements :

• Proven leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing or production environment .
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, operational efficiency, and quality management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
