We are looking for our Paris establishment a Training & Development Intern - Human Resources (H/F).
The candidate must hold a work permit compliant with French legislation. A fluent level of French and English is required.
Position based in Paris.
Integrated within a team of 10 professionals, the Training & Development Intern will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with all Department Heads and employees of the establishment, in an exceptional hotel environment.
Alongside our Regional Training & Quality Manager, he/she will actively participate in the implementation of projects related to training, talent development, and quality culture within the hotel.
This internship provides a rewarding experience at the heart of HR and operational challenges, allowing you to discover the standards of excellence of the Four Seasons Hotel George V while contributing to the professional development of the teams.
Essential Functions
Coordinate training between organizations, trainers, and internal teams independently.
Ensure the execution and follow-up of Four Seasons integration programs for new employees.
Be the primary contact for Department Heads and Managers, ensuring communication and promotion of internal training modules.
Participate in the development of training plans and reports, as well as other projects related to skills development.
Be introduced to Quality of Service missions, in line with the excellence standards of Four Seasons.
