Job Title : Intern – GFI (Interest Rate Options)

Position Overview :

We are looking for an intern to join GFI for 6-months. As an Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting the desk in their daily activities on the Interest Rate Options desk. You have a strong interest in financial markets, developing your knowledge of financial products, market trends, and trading systems. The role will be based in Paris (France), where you will receive training and mentorship from our team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inputting trades into the system.
• Assist with the day to day operational and administrative functions of the desk.
• Responsible for dealing with MO / BO requests.
• End of day reconciliation of trades with the desk.

Qualifications :

• Must speak English and French.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and to take initiative.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative.
