How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?
During this internship, you will be integrated into the Global Quality team, under the mentorship of the Quality Director of the Engineering and Construction branch of Air Liquide. You will work collaboratively with specialists in quality management, quality control, project management, engineering, and construction across our various entities worldwide.
We are looking for an intern for a minimum duration of 6 months starting in February 2025.
During your internship, the main missions assigned to you will be as follows:
Your first main project will be to improve our continuous improvement process, which includes:
Reviewing the portfolio of continuous improvement projects across our global organization and verifying the alignment of these projects with strategic directions.
Evaluating the projects and their impact on key indicators such as quality, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Coordinating the overall view of continuous improvement projects to ensure that resources are allocated to maximize the efficiency and impact of the efforts made.
Proposing tools and methods for tracking the progress and performance of all continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the stated objectives.
With this experience, you will be able to propose a redesign of our continuous improvement process.
Your second topic, regarding our quality system: in cooperation with the global quality team, you will develop methods to systematically measure the total cost of quality on projects.

Fluency in English, written and spoken.
A strong interest in quality management.
The ability to communicate regularly and work with remote teams across the globe.
Writing skills (in English).
Technical understanding of various hazards.
Analytical and synthesis skills (creating simple, visual training based on very detailed procedures).
