Context and team :

As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Community Manager to join our Marketing team, for France Market based in Paris. You will be a key player in our Community division, developing and engaging with our current and new content creators. You will grow and animate our database according to the specific needs that our brands will have.

Your missions:

  • Manage Skeepers local social media channels in accordance with editorial guidelines and content strategy
  • Build relationships and communicate with our community on a daily basis, including within the Skeepers app and on social media platforms
  • Create campaigns to increase awareness of Skeepers among creators, drive sign-ups for brand campaigns, and build loyalty among our community, all through social media platform (IG & TT), CRM tools (Newsletter, app-push)
  • Create content to educate our community and enhance their user experience, their content quality and alignment with brand request
  • Organize local events (virtual or physical) to help develop, educate and engage the community
  • Review brand campaign performance on a weekly basis to implement marketing initiatives to help promote the campaigns and meet local Campaign manager & Customer success manager to share the result.
  • Monitor and report on all actions launched, with tracking of KPIs
  • Stay on top of platform improvements, changes to existing offerings, and new offerings in the social media space

We are looking for a profile with communication and writting skills, who can support the team in daily tasks and bring their experience in influence marketing and social networks.  

  • You have experience on CRM emailing and social campaign conceptualizing and executing.
  • You are a data-driven person, knowing how to efficiently measure the performance of the actions you launch.
  • You speak native-level French, and fluent in English. Speaking IT would be a bonus.

3. A practical case to be completed and presented in a team interview to test collaboration skills and job suitability.
