Sr. Systems Integrator

Twinn is seeking a System's Integrator that shall work in the Lean Agile environment, leading and holding daily scrum meetings with multi-disciplinary project teams of technical engineers, developers, and operational resources. The SI shall monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements. The SI shall take required corrective actions, identify and manage risks, and communicate those risks to the customer, stakeholder, and project team. The SI shall identify programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints as well as produce well thought mitigation strategies.
The SI shall manage a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receive ATO.
The SI shall use Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints. The SI shall report sprint MVI burn-up, top line charts, as well as MVI features and user stories.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

The System's Integrator shall have the following required skills, certifications, and demonstrated experience:

1. Demonstrated experience leading Lean Agile development teams to include generating sprint plans.
2. Demonstrated experience running daily team scrum meetings.
3. Demonstrated experience using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
4. Demonstrated experience monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements.
5. Demonstrated experience working with project teams to determine project work scope and level of effort to produce a t-shirt size for the associated work.
6. Demonstrated experience coordinating test resources and deployments with other groups.
7. Demonstrated experience working with reporting systems for notifying system status and seeking approval for deployment to production.
8. Demonstrated experience tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports.
9. Demonstrated experience translating customer requirements into system requirements and being able to define MVI’s, Features, and user stories within the Lean Agile construct.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work include:

1. Demonstrated recent experience with the Sponsor’s Lean Agile methodology.
2. Demonstrated experience using ErDoS managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts, and sprint goals.
3. Demonstrated experience with Government data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Automated Sponsor JIRA Workflow.
