About the Role: As a member of Global Client Services, you are part of One Global Team: Empowered to Act, Make Connections and Get Results for our customers and their patients. The Senior Enterprise Project Manager independently leads a portfolio of complex client projects from end-to-end within the client services business, maintaining client relationships with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience and guiding clients through the entire customer journey within Clinical Trial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independently leads large, complex project portfolio, planning and delivering at all stages in coordination with the global PM team; guides the client through the process end-to-end.
  2. Acts as an informal leader within the team, looking to improve processes, tools, and resources for the organization.
  3. Works with clients to outline and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  4. Develops and maintains client relationships throughout projects, addressing any concerns and acting as a single point of escalation.
  5. Coordinates internal and external business activities to achieve project goals.
  6. Measures project performance and progress using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying areas of concern and performing corrective actions.
  7. Demonstrates advanced technical capabilities and strong expertise in site processes and industry requirements.
  8. Supports strategic development of the project management function.
  9. Manages Scope Change and PO tracking.

As Demonstrated By:

  1. Project Management: Structures projects in line with client strategy; optimizes processes to identify needs and improve performance.
  2. Develops methods to proactively identify, monitor, and evaluate project challenges.
  3. Defines, tracks, and negotiates expenses, budgets, and revisions.
  4. Extensive understanding of customer contract terms and conditions.

Client Relationship Management: Highly skilled at performing and interpreting comprehensive need analyses reflecting an understanding of the customer's target market and value proposition.

Technical Knowledge: Demonstrates advanced technical expertise in site processes and problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific subject area or equivalent.

Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in client-facing project management within the pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industry preferred; experience with clinical trials preferred but not required. 3+ years experience acceptable if holding an advanced degree.
