The Opportunity

The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, bringing the best performances for a minimum of human work.

As a Programmatic Account Manager / Programmatic Specialist, your role will be to work with and educate campaign managers and traders on how to use and leverage the Scibids software. Two of the key objectives for the role will be to offer first-class service and increased adoption rate of the product by our customers. This position will combine strong problem-solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will specifically include:

  1. Onboarding: Leading the onboarding of new clients.
  2. Main point of contact: For any client questions or concerns; own specific client relationships from an Account Management perspective.
  3. Lead training sessions: Improve the knowledge and skills of your clients.
  4. Lead impact review sessions: Prove the ROI of Scibids and why we are a focal point of their plan.
  5. Strategize: Work with your sales lead to grow and develop existing client business and win new business.
  6. Problem-solving: Work with the wider Scibids team to get answers to potential issues.
  7. First-class customer service: Strive to have a forward-thinking and opportunistic approach, building strong working relationships with our clients.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management in the programmatic space.
  2. Experience in at least 2 of the following DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr.
  3. Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members.
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion.
  5. Start-up environment experience would be an asset.
  6. A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
  7. Ambition to grow your career as the company scales.

Advanced mathematics studies or a math major will be an asset.
