About the Role
Nova Analytics is on a mission to help Amazon sellers optimize their operations and performance through cutting-edge AI and Big Data tools. We’re looking for an Amazon Performance Expert to guide our clients in leveraging our platform to unlock growth opportunities.
If you’re passionate about helping e-commerce sellers succeed and have deep experience in the Amazon ecosystem, this role is your chance to make a real impact – while growing with a dynamic tech startup.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and support clients (Amazon sellers, brands, and agencies) in using Nova Analytics to improve their marketplace performance
Provide strategic insights based on data analysis to enhance product rankings, sales, and customer engagement
Train clients on best practices for keyword optimization, inventory management, and ad performance using our platform
Collaborate with tech and product teams to translate client feedback into product improvements
Conduct performance reviews and audits to identify growth opportunities for clients
5+ years of experience in the e-commerce environment and working on Amazon businesses
Amazon Expert : Hands-on experience selling on Amazon or advising Amazon sellers
Data-Driven : Proficient in interpreting sales data, keywords, and trends to drive strategic recommendations
Client-Focused : Strong communication and consulting skills to help clients succeed
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with tools like Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon performance platforms
Nice to Have
Experience with Amazon PPC , FBA processes, and listing optimization
Familiarity with analytics platforms or SaaS products
