As part of the Flight Test Assurance Quality team, the jobholder will be in charge of 2 main activities:
1) Quality Authorization (QA) and Work Authorization (WA) management:
Ensure QA validation for operators acting within FU.PD.05 process (Maintain and Configure Development Flight Test aircraft).
Creation CO (Competence) and QA L1/L2
Creation and updates of QA questionnaires (self-inspection and delegation L1/L2).
Management of the “Tutoring sheet” updates for WA questionnaires.
The jobholder will be in charge of :
Creating/updating the Operators Curriculum.
Creating/updating the PDR (Pre-Defined Required) applicable to organization.
Organizing the questionnaire sessions with operators.
Analyzing the questionnaires results with suggestion/recommendation.
Being part of the MFT commissions for WA attribution.
Also, as Part of the SMC MFT (SMC: Servicing & Maintenance Competency project) whose objective is to develop and improve the QA/WA process in FAL, Customer Line and Flight Test, the jobholder will represent the Flight Test perimeter.
She/He will attend the regular workshop meetings on a bi-Monthly basis.
In the scope of digitalisation continuous improvement, the jobholder will have to implement:
The digitalisation of QA questionnaires (and recognize questionnaires in SMC; tablet usage, data security …).
Digital KPI.
2) Metrology alert - Investigation:
When a metrology issue is detected on tools used by Flight Test Operators, an investigation is launched to evaluate the impacts / risks.
The Jobholder will be in charge to:
Perform the investigation to identify impacted Flight Test aircraft using ALB tool (ALB: Aircraft Logbook).
Analysis of all operational tasks performed by the defective tool as per the verification report (non-conformity certificate delivered by the metrology laboratory).
Launch and drumbeat the corrective actions with stakeholders involved (Flight Test Quality, MAP).
Ensure the closure of the non-conformity using SAP tool.
Act as the Metrology focal point (Quality CFM) for the Flight & Integration Test Center.
The jobholder will be in charge to:
Declare any Metrology Non Conformity.
Ensure that all measurement equipments are verified periodically.
Ensure traceability of the used measurement equipments.
Answer to metrology Non Conformities and perform associated investigations (performing PPS if needed).
Follow Non Conformity declaration or repair, evaluate the associated cost.
Perform process surveillance, verifying adherence to EN.OS.02 process and ON1700415 1V Metrology Organisation Note.
Coordinate with local BQM all Quality actions in all 1V sites, including Filton, Hamburg and Toulouse.
Required skills:
Technical diploma level (or having equivalent professional experience) in Metrology would be a plus.
Good knowledge of Flight Test or FAL or Flight Line environment.
Good knowledge in QA/WA management.
Autonomous and proactive.
Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills in communication.
Fluent in French and Intermediate in English (written / spoken).
Required IT tool skills:
Airbus Logbook.
SAP PGI/PEA.
ECMQA.
DEMAT.
Google Form, Google tools.
