Spa Receptionist

Beauty Works Day & Medi Spa is a luxurious and tranquil retreat, offering our clients a wide range of rejuvenating services in a serene environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. Position Summary

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests. You’ll ensure that each guest receives a warm welcome, a seamless check-in experience, and exceptional customer service throughout their visit. You’ll also handle administrative tasks and provide support to the spa team, helping to maintain the smooth operation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival.
• Assist guests with booking, confirming, and rescheduling spa appointments.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Provide information on spa services, promotions, and packages.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with retail product sales and recommend appropriate products to clients.
• Manage guest requests, concerns, and special needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, inventory tracking, and supply management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office or equivalent).
• Knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus, but not required.
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
