The Atrium at Hentley Farm offers a personal dining experience with a discovery tasting menu of dishes showcasing amazing produce either growing wild in and around the Greenock Creek, tended by our Chefs in our farm garden beds or from local farmers and backyard growers whose care and passion is evident through the natural flavours of every product.

Chef Clare Falzon and the restaurant team are inspired by their relationship with the farmers and are committed to respecting the high quality of produce they have the privilege of working with by delivering dishes that allow the subtle flavours in every ingredient and their own personalities & talents shine through.

Role Requirements

  1. To have the ability to prepare and present consistently high quality dishes and service.
  2. Have a good knowledge of kitchen operations and cookery skills.
  3. The ability to work, multi-task and communicate well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  4. Exceptional food safety and hygiene management.
  5. Experience in a high standards restaurant or in a similar role.
  6. Will work closely with the executive chef to achieve consistency and to meet all management standards.
  7. Act as a supportive leader and take responsibility for the team's growth.

Qualifications

Experience as a sous chef or similar.
