Your daily life at Disneyland Paris?
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for providing a magical and unforgettable culinary experience for our visitors. To achieve this, you will be required to:
- Organize, distribute, monitor, and control the work of a brigade (30 to 60) through on-site presence and ongoing dialogue.
- Inspire, in close collaboration with the manager, daily motivation among team members.
- Ensure the training and development of team members and share your technical and behavioral expertise.
- Respect and enforce quality standards and hygiene and safety rules.
- Handle daily operations (administrative and operational) and adapt them to meet customer expectations.
- Alert in real-time to performance discrepancies regarding productivity objectives.
- Take corrective actions necessary to guarantee the quality of service/product and customer satisfaction daily.
- Participate in projects within your sector.
Your strengths for success?
- You ideally hold a degree in Hospitality-Catering and have a minimum of 1 year of team management experience in a brasserie and/or traditional restaurant.
- You know and apply service standards and master HACCP regulations.
- You can support and develop a team and enjoy leading.
- You stand out with your interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented.
- You possess real adaptability skills and are flexible regarding work days and hours.
- You have a minimum level of French C1; a basic level of English would be a real plus.

- 35 hours in continuous hours (no breaks) and extra hours paid at a higher rate,
