As a Software Engineer specializing in Mulesoft on Salesforce, you will play a key role in integrating and optimizing our technology systems. You will work closely with both technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with third-party systems using the Mulesoft platform.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Mulesoft-based integration solutions to connect Salesforce with other internal or external systems.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand functional and technical requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data flows between Salesforce and third-party systems to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to the technical architecture of integration projects while adhering to Mulesoft and Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to validate developments.
- Document implemented solutions and provide technical support to internal teams.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance processes and optimize the use of Mulesoft and Salesforce technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (preferably Mule 4).
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Expertise in API integration (REST/SOAP) and data management (JSON, XML).
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Mulesoft development and/or Salesforce integration.
- A Mulesoft certification (Mulesoft Certified Developer) or Salesforce certification (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) is a significant plus.
