As Social Management Controlling Manager, you will oversee several aspects of employee compensation and benefits programs, including the design, evaluation and administration of these programs. Responsibilities include managing salaries, bonuses, job evaluations, performance reviews, pension plans and insurance. In addition, your work may involve managing executive, international and sales compensation, as well as other specialized areas. You will manage one person in this role and report to the CFO.
Missions
Compliance:
Ensure strict application of the Group's compensation policy
Check headcount declarations according to several management perimeters and comment on deviations from financial cycles (Forecast, Budget).
Respond to surveys (INSEE, DARES, etc.).
Responsible for legal reporting (Bilan social, BDESE, Equal Opportunity Index, etc.).
Draft the annual report for calculating end-of-career indemnities (via Anteeo).
Monitor payroll costs:
Reliable and co-construct payroll monitoring tools for several areas in collaboration with the FP&A business team and the HR department.
Update monthly payroll monitoring data.
Act as payroll expert and guarantor for the FP&A/Financial Control department.
Act as the Group's and HR department's point of contact for all questions relating to headcount, personnel costs and payroll projections/modeling for the French market.
Bonus calculation
Liaise with employees and be responsible for bonus calculations.
Make proposals and assist in the construction and revision of variables (objectives, definitions, simulation files, etc.).
Make proposals and assist in the construction and implementation of sales targets and incentives.
Calculate monthly and annual bonuses for the entire Leboncoin group sales team.

Update processes
Support the Compass and Reward teams in drafting amendments to employment contracts relating to the commission plan.
Prepare the profit-sharing elements (eligible headcount section), complete the documents for the service provider, the reporting file for the CSE and the partnership with the employee savings provider in collaboration with the Rewards team.
Who are you?
In your academic career, you have studied finance (accounting and especially management control) and information systems. You have at least 10 years' experience in social controlling, and you have a knowledge of, or an interest in, the web sector. You have independently managed remuneration cycles (payroll, bonuses, commissions, etc.), management cycles (budget, forecasting) and their impact on the income statement.

A very good command of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and specific IT tools linked to HRIS (ADP, Workday) and finance (SAP S4HANA).
Knowledge of accounting (provisions, reversal of provisions, payroll entries).
Good HR culture to make recommendations.
Ability to analyze, summarize and organize.
