If you’ve spent more time in crypto Telegram groups than family dinners, this might be for you.

There’s a new Layer 1 blockchain launching on Avalanche, and they need someone to build and energise their community from the ground up.

No corporate fluff—just raw, high-energy Web3 engagement.

You’ll own the organic growth strategy across Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and Reddit—taking the community from zero to 10K+ before testnet launch.

That means creating viral content (shitposts, memes, alpha leaks), hosting AMAs and Twitter Spaces, and running ambassador programs, airdrops, and incentives.

The mission? Bridge Web2 and Web3, bringing together developers, investors, and crypto degens who live for DeFi, DePin, and NFTs.

This role gives you full creative freedom to grow and engage a Web3 community your way.

You’ll be at the heart of a Layer 1 blockchain launch, working with a team that truly gets crypto culture.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience building crypto-native communities across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
• A deep understanding of DeFi, DePin, NFTs, and meme culture is essential—if you’ve been rugged, farmed airdrops, and YOLO’d into low-caps, you’ll fit right in.
• You should also have a proven track record of organic community growth (no bots, no fluff) and top-tier short-form content skills to create engaging, viral posts.

This is a remote role; however, you must be based within Europe.
