This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in Generative AI in the Data, BI & Analytics team for AXA entities.
Secure GPT is an internal AXA service that provides secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions for AXA employees. It enables employees to generate, summarize, translate, reformulate, and correct text and codes for daily tasks related to insurance work. The service ensures data sovereignty and protects against intellectual property loss while being compliant with all relevant labor regulations.
This team is in charge of the product lifecycle and the solution maintenance.
We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and oversee the operational aspects of our Azure GenAI platform, with a specific focus on the Secure GPT service. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the platform's performance, ensuring its quality of service, and maintaining the Secure GPT service to meet security and regulatory requirements. This role also involves proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the implementation of enhancements, particularly in observability automation and customer service delivery.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of the API infrastructure within the Azure GenAI platform, with a specific focus on the Secure GPT service.
- Take ownership of service issues and incidents, driving through to resolution and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes and procedures related to the API Operations, and drive the implementation of these improvements, particularly in observability automation and customer service delivery.
- Act as a point of escalation for stakeholders seeking assistance with API Operations and ensure seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any API-related issues to ensure seamless user experience.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to the Secure GPT service.
- Support the broader Secure GPT team in delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in operational or service management roles, with a specific focus on API Operations within the Azure environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to identify issues and root causes quickly and accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- A quick learner, with an ability to quickly become familiar with new technologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with an ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with chatGPT or other generative AI technologies.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of data security and regulatory requirements.
Technical skills:
- Experience in API operations and management.
- Competence in monitoring resources on Azure.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience with Azure API application.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Nice to Have:
- Experience on chatGPT.
- Javascript development (Node.js, Next.js).
- Github/DevOps experience.
- Terraform and/or Bicep for automatic infra deployment.
