As an Internal Services Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for both on-site and remote interactions with our clientele to develop, expand, and maintain the services business, which includes service contracts, spare parts, regulatory products, and digital products.

This is a home-based position within the defined territory of the EMEA South team. You will closely cooperate with your peer group consisting of regional service teams, account managers, and hardware sales specialists.

You will need to establish strong collaborative relationships with key customer stakeholders on service-related issues. By working with our clientele, you will identify customer pain points and then use the service portfolio to develop a mutually acceptable solution. You will create and maintain a sales funnel to ensure accurate forecasting and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Prior telemarketing/inside sales and customer service experience is a plus
  • PC skills (Microsoft Office in particular) required
  • Basic understanding of revenue, profit, and margin
  • Strong interpersonal communication
