Service Delivery Lead

PIXIE is an agency focused on SAP, IT and Salesforce projects. Founded in 2007, it is responsible for serving multiple national and international clients. We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead - Service Manager.

What are we looking for?

1. Service Delivery and Stakeholder Management
2. Availability to travel for short periods is required
3. Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery for the customer business and lead execution of delivery of plan
4. Ensure Infrastructure service performance meets agreed targets
5. Ensure effective management of day-to-day service activities and risks
6. Produce and monitor reports, ad-hoc stakeholder reports and review regulatory reports associated with incidents
7. Working with risk and control, ensuring operational and services risks are managed to closure accordingly
8. Ensure effective vendor management, including the selection, onboarding, and evaluation of vendors
9. Ensure all vendor agreements are up-to-date and aligned with company objectives
