Job Title: Service and Maintenance Engineer/Technician
Location: France (Apprieu)
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 + Company Car, Professional Phone and Laptop and other benefits
Languages: Fluent in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus)

We are seeking a Service and Maintenance Technician/Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment for our clients, primarily within the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and commission complex technological equipment at client sites across Europe.
2. Train users in the operation of the equipment.
3. Diagnose technical issues, perform repairs, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the machines.
4. Collaborate closely with the technical team to resolve complex issues and optimize equipment performance.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
6. Draft detailed technical reports following interventions.
7. Actively participate in training to stay updated on new technologies and solutions offered by our company.
8. Comprehensive technical training will be provided for the company’s specific equipment.
9. Frequent travel in France and Europe is expected, with potential travel outside Europe for training or interventions.

1. Education: Bac+2/Bac+3 degree (e.g., BTS, DUT, or Bachelor's degree) in electronics, mechanics, automation, or equivalent. An engineering degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Initial experience in the installation or maintenance of technical equipment (ideally in the semiconductor field).
3. Technical Skills:
   
   1. Knowledge in mechanics, electronics, or automation, with the ability to learn on the job.
   2. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
   3. Expertise in resolving complex technical issues.
   4. Familiarity with ALD deposition technologies, optical metrology, electrical characterization, or cryogenics is a plus.
