Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Execution – Improve search rankings & organic traffic through on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Keyword Research & Audits – Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush & Google Search Console for insights
• Google Ads & YouTube Ads Management – Plan, launch & optimize paid ad campaigns for multiple clients
• Campaign Performance Tracking – Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager & data-driven insights to boost ROI
• A/B Testing & CRO – Optimize landing pages, bidding strategies & ad creatives for higher conversions
• Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO & paid media efforts with business goals

Ideal Profile & Requirements:

• Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
• Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads & YouTube Ads
• Strong analytical & data-driven mindset
• Expertise with Google Analytics, GTM & keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & UX best practices
• Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently & maximize performance
