Role: Senior Technical Writer
Location: Paris - (Hybrid position requiring a presence in the Paris area (3 days in office, 2 days remote per week)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Technical Writer to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in communicating the power and innovation of our solutions to our global engineering community.

In this role, you will:

1. Craft engaging and informative technical documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, FAQs, release notes, and white papers.
2. Collaborate closely with world-class engineers, gathering information, understanding complex technical concepts, and translating them into clear and concise language.
3. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation within a fast-paced and challenging environment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ease of use.
4. Leverage your expertise in technical writing and content management to create exceptional user experiences.
5. Work closely with product management and marketing to ensure alignment of documentation with product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
6. Contribute to the success of groundbreaking technologies that are transforming industries and shaping the future.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical writing, with a strong focus on software and hardware documentation.
2. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
3. Ability to develop context-sensitive web help and HTML web help.
4. Strong CCMS skills, with experience in Madcap Flare & Central a significant plus.
5. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
6. A deep understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
7. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
8. A passion for writing and a strong desire to create exceptional user experiences.

Bonus Points:

1. Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
2. Programming experience in Python or JavaScript.
3. Experience with DITA or other XML-based authoring tools.
