We’re looking for a driven, independent Sales Executive who thrives in luxury environments, isn’t afraid to knock on doors, and knows how to close high-value deals. What You’ll Be Doing :
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and manage a high-end client portfolio , targeting yacht crew, luxury hoteliers, restaurant managers and premium event planners.
- Prospect new business opportunities —from cold outreach to high-profile networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships , providing bespoke floral solutions to meet the needs of discerning clients.
- Manage sales from start to finish , ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to final delivery.
Market Expansion & Brand Representation
- Stay ahead of luxury market trends , monitoring competitor movements and identifying growth opportunities.
- Attend yacht shows, trade fairs, and exclusive events to represent STILLA and expand our clientele.
- Serve as a brand ambassador , showcasing STILLA’s commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and innovation .
Flawless Client Experience
- Deliver an impeccable luxury customer journey , ensuring high-touch service at every stage.
- Work closely with our design and logistics teams to fulfill orders with precision and excellence.
- Maintain detailed CRM records , tracking client preferences, interactions, and future sales opportunities.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- Proven experience in luxury sales, business development, or high-end hospitality .
- A natural salesperson— confident, charismatic, and proactive .
- Self-motivated and independent , able to work alone and thrive on personal initiative.
- Fluent in English and French (other languages a plus).
- Highly organized and adaptable , able to juggle multiple clients and priorities.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using CRM tools and digital marketing to support sales efforts.
- Willing to travel occasionally for yacht shows and luxury industry events .
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
The Offer :
- Contract : CDD (7 months during peak season), starting ASAP with the potential for a permanent role for the right person.
- Location : Based in Antibes , France with travel to yacht shows and trade events.
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM. Some weekends required during major yacht and trade shows.
- Salary : €2,000 brut base + commission-based remuneration. Given the high value of our products you can earn an additional €2,000 – €4,000 per month .
