Slowear is looking for a Store Manager for the store in Paris at Place de la Madeleine.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards while driving commercial success and achieving sales targets. Your role is essential in upholding Slowear’s culture by delivering operational excellence and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Furthermore, you will represent the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, demonstrating behavior aligned with corporate guidelines and integrating sustainable practices into all aspects of your work.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Manage the store to a high standard, maximizing profit performance by achieving sales targets within budgeted expenses and ensure that excellent customer service is delivered.
  2. Train, develop as well as coach your team on selling skills plus behaviors, operational procedures and lead by example.
  3. Recruit suitably competent staff, together with the Retail Manager USA and in compliance with agreed Company policy.
  4. Establish a strong relationship with Visual Merchandising team to ensure product merchandising standards are maintained. Implement seasonal layout changes in store and adapt as necessary throughout the season.
  5. Maintain stock room and individual work areas according to company standards.
  6. Participate in marketing strategies to attract new business, including but not limited to client outreach, community involvement, outreach programs and promoting the brand inside and outside the store.
  7. Other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the Retail Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in the role, preferably in a menswear brand.
  2. Organizational, management and analysis skills.
  3. Leadership and people’s coordination.
  4. Good working knowledge of computer systems.
  5. Good oral, written communication with strong interactive skills.
  6. Ability to perform under stress.
