In a context of a replacement, you will be our new Head of Accounting for all Free2move activities.
Your next missions:
- You take on the independent responsibility for the balance sheet accounting of Free2move Group and subsidiaries.
- You prepare individual financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis according to IFRS and local GAAP.
- You prepare the General Reporting.
- You assume responsibility for the chart of accounts.
- You are responsible for examining contracts regarding IFRS 16 and calculations regarding IFRS 9.
- You independently manage projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA optimization, IKS, company set-up, and more).
- You act as the contact person for local and IFRS audits as well as for financial statements.
- You are the contact person for Stellantis accounting requirements and manage consolidation on a monthly basis on the consolidation tools for Stellantis Group.
- You manage the local teams in different countries, maintaining coordination with Group’s processes and timelines (team of 10 people AP & GL, up to 5 direct reports).
Minimum Qualifications:
- You have completed studies with a focus on Finance/Accounting or have completed a relevant commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a certified accountant.
- You have at least 10 years of international experience/multi-geography.
- You have at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- You bring relevant professional experience (in balance sheet accounting with closing expertise).
- You have experience in audit processes from market leader accounting/audit firms.
- You are fluent in both French and English (German is a plus).
- You have a solid understanding of HGB and IFRS.
- You have a self-reliant, proactive, and structured way of working, as well as self-motivation, resilience, and a sense of responsibility.
- You are agile and adaptable.
- You have in-depth knowledge of working with an ERP system (SAP knowledge is mandatory).
- You have a confident command of MS Office, especially Excel (G-suite a plus) and proven modeling skills.
- You have relevant experience in managing teams in a multicultural environment.
