In a context of a replacement, you will be our new Head of Accounting for all Free2move activities.

Your next missions:

1. You take on the independent responsibility for the balance sheet accounting of Free2move Group and subsidiaries.
2. You prepare individual financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis according to IFRS and local GAAP.
3. You prepare the General Reporting.
4. You assume responsibility for the chart of accounts.
5. You are responsible for examining contracts regarding IFRS 16 and calculations regarding IFRS 9.
6. You independently manage projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA optimization, IKS, company set-up, and more).
7. You act as the contact person for local and IFRS audits as well as for financial statements.
8. You are the contact person for Stellantis accounting requirements and manage consolidation on a monthly basis on the consolidation tools for Stellantis Group.
9. You manage the local teams in different countries, maintaining coordination with Group’s processes and timelines (team of 10 people AP & GL, up to 5 direct reports).

Minimum Qualifications:

1. You have completed studies with a focus on Finance/Accounting or have completed a relevant commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a certified accountant.
2. You have at least 10 years of international experience/multi-geography.
3. You have at least 5 years of managerial experience.
4. You bring relevant professional experience (in balance sheet accounting with closing expertise).
5. You have experience in audit processes from market leader accounting/audit firms.
6. You are fluent in both French and English (German is a plus).
7. You have a solid understanding of HGB and IFRS.
8. You have a self-reliant, proactive, and structured way of working, as well as self-motivation, resilience, and a sense of responsibility.
9. You are agile and adaptable.
10. You have in-depth knowledge of working with an ERP system (SAP knowledge is mandatory).
11. You have a confident command of MS Office, especially Excel (G-suite a plus) and proven modeling skills.
12. You have relevant experience in managing teams in a multicultural environment.
