The role Build Own and Scale the XTM Hub

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take a founding role in the development of the XTM Hub. You'll work in a small high-impact team alongside an Engineering Manager, a Product Owner, a Staff Engineer, and a Software Engineer with direct access to our leadership.

Your mission

1. Be a key builder of the XTM Hub making it the main entry point for all Filigran products.
2. Own end-to-end features: from concept to production ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
3. Shape the technical foundations of the platform working closely with the EM and Staff Engineer.
4. Collaborate directly with product and leadership to translate vision into a concrete high-quality user experience.
5. Lay the groundwork for scaling the team helping structure technical processes and best practices.
6. Engage with the open-source community: XTM Hub is set to become open-source giving you the opportunity to contribute to a wider ecosystem, interact with external developers, and drive adoption.

We believe in using the right tools for the job while ensuring our engineers have a modern efficient environment to work in.

Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL (Relay)

Observability & Tooling: GitHub, Grafana

You don't need to be an expert in all of these but you should be excited to work in this ecosystem and be able to ramp up quickly.
