We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to improve the growth of our creative digital agency. Reporting to the VP Growth, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, fostering strategic relationships, and positioning our agency as a leader in creative and digital innovation.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Business Development & Prospecting
- Define and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with company growth objectives hand in hand with Creative and Experience team leads.
- Identify, qualify, and engage high-potential prospects, building a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Implement effective prospecting actions both directly and through strategic partners.
- Leverage close connections with other expertise within the agency to create synergies and offer high-value integrated solutions.
Client Relationship Management & Opportunities
- Present the agency's creative and strategic expertise showcasing the value of our services.
- Understand client needs and propose innovative tailored solutions that set us apart.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to anticipate client challenges and opportunities.
Pitching & Commercial Proposals
- Lead development of proposals and responses to RFP in close collaboration with Brand Strategy and Creative leads.
- Craft compelling customized commercial proposals that align with client objectives.
- Contribute to the design of bespoke high-impact solutions that differentiate our agency.
Brand Development & Networking
- Represent the agency at key industry events (conferences, trade shows, networking events).
- Develop and activate a strong strategic network to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate tracking of commercial activities, pipeline progression, and results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business development efforts and maximize impact.
Qualifications:
- Experience (5 years) in business development or sales within a creative/social/digital agency. Ideally, but not mandatorily, having experience working in companies that integrate media, data, and creative solutions.
- Strong track record in winning new business and managing high-value sales cycles.
- Expertise in selling creative and strategic services including branding, content production, digital strategy, and performance-driven solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to engage with C-level decision-makers.
- Experience with Martech analytics tools and business intelligence solutions.
- Well-established network within the creative, media, or digital ecosystem.
- Fluent in business English.
- You’ll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships, and adding value to their business.
- You’ll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
