What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks in alignment with industry best practices.
- Ensure adherence to local and enterprise-level governance structures.
- Build and foster relationships with all local stakeholders as well as relevant cross-border stakeholders.
- Provide senior and executive leadership with regular reports on resilience capabilities.
- Lead the enhancement of business impact analyses process.
- Design, implement, and maintain business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs).
- Conduct scenario testing to validate operational resilience strategies.
- Establish and oversee crisis management and incident response protocols.
- Develop and maintain an independent monitoring and assurance program.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business continuity, operational resilience, risk management within financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory expectations and resilience frameworks (e.g., Basel, FFIEC, NIST, ISO 22301).
- Proven leadership experience in managing enterprise-wide resilience programs.
- Strong understanding of technology resilience, cyber risk management, and third-party risk.
- Experience in conducting business impact analyses, resilience testing, and crisis management exercises.
