Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the Risk Manager has responsibility for enhancing, embedding and maintaining the Company’s risk management system. The role requires risk management experience within an insurance company, a good understanding of the insurance sector and of best practice risk management frameworks. The Risk Manager will be self-motivated and well-organised and able to manage and prioritise a broad range of activities, across all aspects of risk management in the context of a rapidly growing business. The role holder will be required to interact with multiple functional areas including underwriting, finance, compliance, claims, operations, senior management and colleagues in Everest’s European offices.
