Combo Operations team is looking for a new member to reinforce RevOps section. RevOps is a hands-on team focused on scale and helps each business team exceed their targets by identifying improvement tools, automation, benchmarking, and implementing best practices.
We are looking for a Senior RevOps to join our RevOps team and focus on the acquisition part!
Your role
Your role will be to design and implement the best processes to maximize Sales and Marketing Teams' efficiency in a scalable way, deploying key Sales tools to increase productivity, and supporting business teams in tracking and achieving their results.
Some of the responsibilities and projects you will carry include:
- Revenue Team tooling
Strong expertise in Salesforce and Lead Gen tool stack to ensure that tools are scaling simultaneously. - Processes & Revenue operations
Examine current operational procedures within revenue teams to pinpoint bottlenecks or areas of inefficiency.
Suggest and execute enhancements in processes to boost efficiency and improve overall productivity.
Ensure that standard operating procedures are properly documented, conveyed, and followed by the enablement & operational teams.
Define key results and metrics to measure the success of these initiatives.
Manage the project roadmap to ensure continuous progress and alignment. - Continuous Improvement and Reporting
Produce reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, reveal trends, and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
Work with Ops teams to establish quarterly objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring new operational initiatives.
In this role, you will be working closely with VPs of Sales and Marketing.
Your profile
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a RevOps or SalesOps
- Master Salesforce architecture
- Expertise in Sales tools
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex topics in a simple way
- Good ownership and prioritization of subjects
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS revenue processes
- Fluent in English
- Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively
