Senior Project Quality Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Quality Specialist to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained.
2. Maintain all documentation related to quality management.
3. Support the project team and the customer on all issues related to quality management.
4. Carry out quality audits and IT processes quality assessments.
5. Quality SharePoint webpages maintenance: update & maintain at the proper quality level the SharePoint webpages with all new & revised documents for each manual as well as other related items.
6. Maintenance of Quality Manuals/Policies and procedures.
7. Quality Assessment Duties: perform regularly quality assessments and maintain e-folders of all quality assessment reports conducted in the agency.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures.

Technical Skills:

1. Proof read communications, documents, draft emails, etc. as needed.
2. Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
3. Ability to create professional documents and emails.
4. Run reports & handle special projects as assigned.
5. Perform quality related duties as assigned.

Profiles:

1. Master or equivalent after the secondary school.
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality specialist.
3. Good knowledge of English and French.
4. Good reasoning and communication.
5. Security clearance required.
