YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL

Within the Image Department, you will be part of the Orchestration and Development Team, focusing on retail projects/events. You will support and directly report to the Production and Development Manager of Global Collection events. You will oversee the development and implementation of the collection events that support the launch of a collection in markets across the globe.

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute, coordinate and communicate event guidelines, briefs and timelines with key stakeholders in the global creative teams.
2. Work very closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event assets to markets.
3. Support the region/markets in the production and development of such events and their retro planning.
4. Provide continuous updates with key internal stakeholders on the progress of the events/projects.
5. Assist in managing budgets per market on their event formats.
6. Support markets to ensure complete, detailed and timely briefs for the necessary assets for the event.
7. Contribute to the development of events and propose solutions when challenges arise to ensure timely and proper execution in line with the image of the brand.
8. Liaise with markets post-event to report on the follow-up of feedback and learnings from the projects.
9. Prepare presentation materials for various meetings such as (Event Taskforce / Regional meetings).
10. Attend and assist with the rollout of larger event formats where necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You have at least 5 years of experience in event management and production in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

You are recognized for your initiative, drive, and organizational skills.

You are comfortable working in a team and have an appetite and knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion.
