Senior Project Architect

Under the management of the Limagrain Vegetables Pre-Breeding Discovery Team Lead, you will:

1. Lead and participate in research projects in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Pre-Breeding, Breeding, Pathology, Genetics, etc.).
2. Identify and study innovative traits that contribute to crop resilience breeding for Pepper, using the most relevant scientific approaches and plant populations.
3. Contribute to the development of molecular tools allowing trait implementation in breeding germplasm by creating the adapted populations.
4. Participate in the development of new phenotyping methodologies and protocols in close collaboration with technology experts and breeders.
5. Enrich, characterize, and valorize the Pepper genetic resources collection, collaborating with public, academic, and private institutes.
6. Contribute to developing and strengthening the IP portfolio.

To fulfill your missions, you will collaborate with teams based in several countries. You will also have one assistant who will directly report to you.
