- Drive Seamless Onboarding and Access:
- Optimize user onboarding workflows for new employees, internal tools, and client platforms.
- Lead the development of self-service SSO federation solutions, enabling enterprise clients to manage their own users seamlessly.
- Enhance System Integration and Compliance:
- Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Legal, and IT teams to ensure secure and compliant user experiences across all solutions.
- Align user management practices with data privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Enable Portfolio and Permission Management:
- Design tools for managing user access across client portfolios and internal tools, empowering business teams with flexibility and control.
- Measure and Optimize:
- Define success metrics to assess the impact of user management initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine and enhance the user management system.
Who You Are:
- Holistic Product Vision: Ability to think strategically and manage user management systems at an enterprise level.
- Product Management Expertise: 4+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or related industries.
