Senior Product Manager (m / f)

WEALINS is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to join our Innovation, Product development and Project management team.

Your tasks :

1. You will oversee the product design, development, and updating process.
2. You will coordinate product releases and deactivations.
3. You will create and maintain product specifications and documentation.
4. You will participate in product feasibility studies and validate (pre-)contractual documents.
5. You will define regulatory and technical aspects of products and coordinate the POG with stakeholders.
6. You will ensure product quality and proper documentation.
7. You will provide in-house product training and handle product-related inquiries.
8. You will identify new market / product opportunities and collaborate with Sales and other departments.

Your profile :

1. You have a higher education degree (Master's level) in finance, economics, business management, or a related field.
2. You bring at least 7 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, especially in life insurance products, demonstrating your deep industry knowledge.
3. You have project and product management expertise, positioning you as a leader in driving initiatives to success.
4. You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. You master financial modeling tools and techniques to evaluate product profitability and optimize pricing strategies.
6. You are autonomous and capable of working in a team in an international environment, balancing independence with collaboration.
7. You have knowledge of life insurance regulations and laws to ensure product and sales process compliance.
8. You are proactive and have the ability to be a driving force for proposals, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
