Job Description
What you'll do & learn
- Help shape Pelico's product vision and take our clients’ supply chain operations to the next level.
- Solve complex problems and create value: we are looking for people who are obsessed with delivering value to our users, by articulating complex problems, setting a compelling vision, and driving the outcome.
- Define Pelico's roadmap in collaboration with other Product Managers, Product Designers, Tech Leads, and Customer Operations teams.
- Lead product discovery initiatives, in partnership with product designers, to identify and deeply understand the needs and pain points of users, and the business opportunities for Pelico.
- Imagine features to meet our vision and customer needs while ensuring compliance with the product roadmap.
- Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, customer operations, support, and company management) to ensure that the features we develop are serving our users & customers, in ways that meet the needs of the business.
Foster Continuous Improvement and Collaboration
- Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for product success.
Preferred Experience

- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a tech company.
- Genuine interest in our industry and a passion for making an impact.
- Genuine interest in working in an international environment, with English as your daily language (both spoken and written).
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for sharing your ideas.
- User-centric thinking, especially when it comes to product design.
- Problem-solving mindset and skillset, with an analytical approach.
- Strong organizational skills: you excel at tackling diverse challenges in parallel while collaborating with multiple teams.
- Effective team coordination and collaboration skills.
