Senior Product Manager Burberry, CDI H / F

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, a fragrance expert that is passionate about product innovations and product development in the luxury field to develop the Burberry brand. We are searching for a proactive Senior Product Manager to be part of the Burberry Fragrance team and strongly contribute to the acceleration of the brand in beauty.

Your main focus :

You will be leading short- and long-term new product launches development for Burberry brand. From insight analysis to product concepting, new product formulation, development, communication and 360 launch campaigns. You will :

1. Define and develop the best outstanding support 360 toolboxes to achieve successful new launches or support existing lines aligned with markets and commercial needs. As well as follow development of communication assets in line with brand and line with expert teams and fashion house (advertising, digital, POS) together with Marketing Manager. All projects / 360 need to be developed with consistency with brand values and with a focus on creativity / out of the box mindset and with sustainability in mind.
2. Ensure coordination with external agencies, supplier and fashion house.
3. Be the key contact and federate, establishing strong connections with the expert functions to ensure a consistent 360 (digital, merchandising, R&D, trade marketing…).
4. Follow up financials KPIs for his / her axis : Budget follow up : oversee line budget.
5. Monitor sales (market shares, turnover, net sales).
6. Monitor the cost tracking, the margin objective and the profitability of the lines under responsibility.
7. Relationship with fashion house and Burberry internal creative studio for all assets development (products and campaigns from the brief to execution).

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced Product Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you :

1. Have a degree in Marketing or related field.
2. Have a minimum of 2 / 3 years of Marketing including experience in Global Fragrance Marketing Development. Knowledge in promotional and giftsets development would be appreciated.
3. Have ownership, result & solution-oriented mindset, dynamism, leadership and strong interpersonal & collaborative skills.
