We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

Alongside, we help HR teams to take care of their employees' mental health on a daily basis.

Join us as a Senior Product Manager and become part of a highly product-oriented development team with efficient delivery processes and minimal technical debt.

You will collaborate directly with Elose, Head of Product, and work alongside Victor (Product Manager), Alexandra & Zlie (Product Designers), and Lucie (Product Content Manager) and the tech team to drive our product vision forward.

Daily you will work on:

  • Discovery: Understand user needs and business opportunities, articulate complex problems into simpler ones, assess opportunities, and prioritize the most promising ones among an endless list of ideas.
  • Delivery: Clearly articulate requirements, empower your tech & design counterparts to shape the best possible solutions within the given constraints of your projects, and own the quality of the work shipped.
  • Communication & impact measurement: Create buy-in and alignment, communicate value proposition to internal and external parties, measure the impact of initiatives, and derive learnings from them.

Example of project you will work on:

Clarify and implement the user journey of Flix Moka's Slack microlearning tool across the HR and member interface to enhance adoption of the Moka interface among employees and managers.

You're the ideal person if:

  • You have 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager. A background as a Product Owner, Designer, or Developer will also be considered if you have demonstrated a strong affinity for the Product Manager role.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and have expertise in discovery, delivery, design, and technical concepts.
  • You are humble, curious, empathetic, driven by continuous learning, excellence, and impact. You are a doer and not afraid to be hands-on.
  • You are fluent in both French and English. German fluency is a plus.
  • You have a successful track record driving adoption and retention on a B2C Application and/or a strong understanding of engagement mechanics.

Annual gross salary: 52,000€ or 57,000€ depending on your positioning within our internal level grid.
