Raidium develops a new generation of radiological copilot, based on Raidium’s custom-trained Foundation Model.
Raidium’s copilot is intended for viewing, analyzing, and reporting on medical images. It allows users to process, align, measure and segment images from various medical imaging modalities, thanks to the interaction with Raidium’s foundation model.
Users can generate reports based on the analyzed image data.
This copilot is intended for radiologists, in research hospitals and clinical routine, and covers every possible pathologies.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse user needs: drive research activities internationally, gather insights and translate them into actionable opportunities.
- Build a product roadmap, collaborate with the broader team to prioritize backlog and manage releases.
- Regularly engage in strategic thinking to re-assess the overall product vision and longer term roadmap.
- Problem-solving with cross-functional experts in data science, medical advisorship, engineering, design or sales & marketing.
- Provide functional specifications for the engineering team.
- Define, monitor and draw conclusions from product releases and analytics.
- Mentor and manage a junior PM.
- Propose and implement processes as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-8+ years of experience in product management shipping complex digital products.
- You are fully autonomous and master the product process from research, ideation to implementation.
- You enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
- You have strong product & design sensibility to ensure an excellent user experience.
- You show strong interest in working on a medical device and/or foundation model-based product.
- You are proactive and have a hands-on approach.
- You are comfortable being the first PM in the team.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Authorization to work in France.
- Willing to come to the office (2 days remote policy).
