Stellantis is heavily investing in innovation, and its transition to a Tech company relies on its ability to develop innovative technologies and manage these advancements effectively. Its intellectual property assets not only enhance its competitiveness but also help to cement partnerships with other technology leaders.
In response to its ongoing commitment to growth and innovation, the IP Department is seeking a European Patent Attorney (EPA), with Mechanical Engineering skills.

An important additional aspect for this role is Training & Processes. The EPA will contribute to patent working groups (drafting, prosecution, FTO, tools, etc.) and provide tutorship to junior patent attorneys.
Specifically, the position will include the following responsibilities:
- European Patent Attorney qualification.
- Engineer/Master's/PhD in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a patent counsel, either in-house or in private practice (CPI or attorney-at-law).
