Senior Maximo Solutions Architect required as a subject matter expert in IBM Maximo implementation. (130827)

Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Maximo Solutions Architect as a subject matter expert in IBM Maximo implementation. The successful candidate will lead the design, planning, and integration of Maximo solutions to optimize work management processes.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON)

Start Date: May 2025

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for the IBM Maximo implementation, ensuring solutions align with project and enterprise requirements.
• Develop and implement a technical architecture strategy, including data migration, integrations, and custom application development.
• Optimize current and future work management processes.
• Lead root cause analysis, recommend changes for operational optimization, and oversee test case development.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise IT and security standards while integrating complementary third-party solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in work management and asset management processes.
• Support stakeholder engagement, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of IBM Maximo experience (certification required).
• 10+ years of experience with Work Management Systems (preferably in utilities, manufacturing, or similar industries).
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations, including architecture, design, testing, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise work management systems, asset management, and geospatial solutions.
• Experience with data migration, integration strategies, and business process modeling (BPMN).
• Familiarity with SAP HR, SAP Financials, Oracle databases, ESRI ArcGIS, and ITIL frameworks is an asset.
