- Evaluate and analyze the current internal structure of Customer Service Projects in France.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in service management processes.
- Assess specific challenges the French Customer Service organization is facing, including :
- Delays in service delivery or project execution.
- Compliance with local regulations for medical device services.
- Develop detailed action plans to resolve these issues and prevent recurrence.
Goal-Oriented Solutions :
- Define clear project objectives and KPIs aimed at improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Deliver tangible improvements to service management workflows.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with local teams, management, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and implementation.
- Report progress, challenges, and results directly to senior leadership.
Strategic Implementation :
- Design and implement long-term, scalable solutions for customer service and service management in France.
- Ensure processes align with our Customers global standards and local regulations.
Additional Tasks :
- Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to the French Customer Service team.
- Monitor and document project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project and Program Management within large organizations.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within the Medical Technology industry.
- Strong expertise in service management for medical devices and customer service operations.
Language Skills :
- Business fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
Other Skills :
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements for medical device services in France.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
