We are hiring a new talent as Senior Global Category Buyer – IT / IS, to lead strategy category for a spend around 100M€ and manage a global network of IT buyers.

As a key member of the Global Procurement Team, you will work across Lactalis's different business divisions to drive high impacts & strategic projects. Your mission will focus on optimizing quality, cost, innovation, and overall performance across IT categories including Hardware, Software, Communication & services.

This high-visibility role will position you as a key player in shaping & executing the Global IT / IS procurement strategy.

As a SENIOR GLOBAL CATEGORY BUYER – IT / IS you will:

• Lead high-stakes negotiations for complex and strategic IT projects, driving cost optimization & value creation.
• Develop expertise in IT procurement within a dynamic international environment.
• Manage an international network of 15+ regional / local buyers, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Drive global initiatives to enhance economic & sustainable performance of the IT category.

What is essential for us?

• A minimum of 5 years experience in IT procurement with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
• Fluency in English & French with leadership potential.
• A strategic mindset, able to align stakeholders across diverse functions and seize new business opportunities.
• Able to align strategy and stakeholders around identified and new business opportunities.
• Resilience & tenacity, combined with strong relationship-building skills to establish credibility & an efficient network.
• A results-oriented mindset, driven to deliver measurable value in IT procurement categories.
