Directly reporting to our VP People, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy of Back Market globally (Europe, US, APAC), and therefore transform our company objectives into an efficient recruitment strategy.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):

1. Recruitment Strategy:
   Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Back Market's growth objectives.
2. Operational Excellence:
   Design and drive the adoption of efficient & structured recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
3. Employer Branding & DEI focus:
   Act as the ambassador for Back Market's employer brand, promoting our culture and values externally.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

• You have a solid experience of managing a TA team and evidence of transforming the recruitment function into an effective organization.
• You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment, and you have a deep understanding of the challenges a company like ours is facing.
• You are driven by data and tech-savvy: you love pulling data & assessing complex information, and you like to play with the new tools to improve efficiency.
• You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener: you've always delivered strong support to your clients and team members.
• You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy.
• You are engaged in building a diverse and inclusive culture.
• You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
• You are fluent in English.
