Redstone Commodity Search is working with a market-leading Danish Commodities Trading House in their search for a Senior Gas Trader to join the growing Energy team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Focus on proprietary gas trading across the long-term curve.
• Execution of trades with proven strategies and risk tolerances.
• Manage, monitor, and comply with risk exposure.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting within the Energy Market.
• Refine and develop trading strategies.
• Analysis of trading performance and trading metrics to ensure informed decisions are made.
• Role reports into the Director of Gas Trading.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Having a broad understanding of international Gas fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset and strong ability to navigate the markets; a macro trading background is required.
• 5+ years of relevant proprietary gas trading experience.
• Master’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Located in Denmark.
