YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities).

YOUR JOB AND DAILY MISSIONS
For a given geographic scope (AXA SA, AXA Assistance, AXA LM, AXA GO) support the Deputy Manager in the following tasks:
  1. Analyze and comment on the financial performance of the entity on a regular basis (quarterly and/or monthly on an ad-hoc basis). Identify and analyze risks and uncertainties that may impact Group financial statements and targets.
  2. Be an effective and trusted correspondent of the entity. Ensure effective coordination and regular communication, provide support and assistance, answer questions, and ensure the entity understands and applies Group instructions.
  3. Review and control all IFRS data (actual and forecasts) submitted by the entity, ensuring compliance with Group instructions and timelines.
  4. Solve IFRS accounting issues and non-GAAP treatment when applicable.
For transversal topics, support the Deputy Manager in (when applicable):
  1. Analyze activity and earnings indicators from a Group’s perspective across all geographies and prepare reporting to Top Management.
  2. Be the owner of the PBRC processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are submitted on time with good quality.
  3. Review/check Group transversal reporting, press releases, and financial documents presented to external analysts.
  4. Define Group common guidelines and ensure their correct application by entities.
  5. Design & set up process improvements to secure efficiency and good coordination with entities/Group teams.
  6. Actively contribute to Team’s performance and to the successful implementation of the new organization within PBRC across Paris and Madrid.
Votre profil
Technical Skills
  1. Strong business analysis and synthesis skills.
  2. Good understanding of finance concepts and the insurance business (Life and P&C, assets & liabilities, reinsurance).
  3. Good accounting understanding and ability to understand actuarial practices (IFRS rules, consolidation techniques).
  4. Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of (SAP) Magnitude is an advantage.
  5. Fluent in English and French.

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Highly organized, structured & proactive; ability to work autonomously.
  3. Curious, proactive, reactive with a good Business Sense.
  4. Ability to quickly build effective, trust-based relationships with all entities & Group correspondents.

  9. Good team player.
Experience
  1. Master’s degree in Finance/Audit & Accounting/ Actuarial Studies.
  2. 5-6 years of work experience as an actuary, financial controller, or auditor.
