Our Not for Profit client located in the Branford area is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modelling. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic organization giving back to our local community!

Responsibilities:

• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
• Manage variance analysis and internal variance reports
• Manage and coordinate monthly process for generating financial statements
• Assist multiple departments with their budgets and forecasts
• Ad hoc analysis and modelling to assist in management decision making

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an Analyst role with a focus on budgets, forecasts, and financial modelling
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• CPA active is desired; however, it is not a requirement
• Experience working for a not-for-profit organization would be an asset
