Senior Finance Expert

The Senior Finance Expert is responsible for overseeing financial operations and leading strategic projects within the Assistance & Mobility Line of Business. The Senior Finance Expert will act as a central coordinator, managing multi-functional initiatives that span finance, risk, compliance, legal, and business development. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration are critical to ensuring successful project execution and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between finance, risk, compliance, legal, and business teams to align objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and operational teams to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate key projects within the A&M LoB, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee project governance, monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
• Ensure financial sustainability and compliance considerations are embedded in project planning and execution.
• Conduct financial analyses to assess project feasibility, track performance, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support the development of financial models, business plans, and budgets to drive strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and enhance efficiency within the A&M LoB.
• Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and frameworks to improve financial operations and project execution.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and key documentation for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements while supporting broader business development initiatives.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in financial analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across multiple functions, balancing financial, regulatory, and business development considerations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Mobility and Assistance line of business is a plus.
