The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a full-time Senior Finance/Budget Analyst to join our dynamic team and provide various financial support duties to accomplish critical objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of financial activities including analyzing and interpreting financial information and policies to identify and resolve problems, discrepancies, and errors in financial data and/or finance systems; ensuring the maintenance of data integrity; providing technical assistance to solve a full range of financial problems.
- Establish, implement, and analyze complex financial activities; ensure financial compliance; and provide strategic and/or specific financial resource advice and guidance to senior managers.
- Prepare accountings, including all pertinent backup and research supporting debt collection, vendor payments, and accounting operations.
- Originate appropriate financial data, including commitments and obligations, and ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Manage and access all budget formulation and execution activities within the area of assignment.
- Perform financial monitoring activities to ensure proper execution of the budget; utilize automated financial tools, analyze, monitor, and adjust obligations, expenses, and commitments.
- Analyze financial information to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Analyze and reconcile multiple General Ledger accounts to ensure information is accurate.
- Assist in compiling, analyzing, and maintaining tailored budget execution analysis reports.
- Serve as a lead technical resource to senior-level management in presenting budgetary briefings.
- Contribute to developing goals and planning efforts (budgets, plans, etc.).
- Work is performed with limited oversight and responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.
- Responsible for making improvements in processes, systems, or products to enhance job area performance.
- Communicate with parties within and outside of own job function, influencing policies, procedures, and practices.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
Qualifications:
Required:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- At least eight years of professional work experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis, financial analysis, or structured approaches to analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in financial management/analysis, quantitative analysis, or a closely related field.
- A Master’s Degree in quantitative analysis, financial analysis, or a related field. MBA may substitute for two years of applicable work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
- Excellent organizational ability, analytical skills, and sound/professional judgment.
- Knowledge of Sponsor finance and budget systems and policies.
- Basic knowledge of GAAP, FASAB, and FASB.
- Intermediate knowledge of appropriate Federal law and business resource planning practices.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $85,800 - $180,200. There are factors that can influence final salary including geographic location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
