Reporting to the Director of Executive Communications, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic internal and external communications for Executive Committee members.

This position is part of Ubisoft’s Global Communications group and will work closely with a team responsible for internal communications, community management, social media, and public relations. The person in this role will work closely with partners across the organization to contribute to 360° executive communication strategies that advance the company’s reputation and help achieve business objectives.

In terms of day-to-day responsibilities, this role will focus on executing the overall executive communications strategy, drafting executive messages targeting key internal and external audiences, producing compelling content in line with the reputational and business priorities of the company, and managing events involving executives.

Your responsibilities are the following:

  1. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic engagement roadmaps for C-level executives, both internally and externally – including company milestones, internal events, press events, videos, media interviews, etc.
  2. Write executive messages in both French and English, in alignment with corporate messaging and tailored to the audience.
  3. Design and develop creative, innovative, and impactful formats to successfully connect and engage with our key audiences, including the monthly communications playbook.
  4. Project manage and deliver key internal events involving top executives (logistics, communications plans, content production, rehearsals, etc.).
  5. Continually analyze and assess the impact of what’s put in place in order to fine-tune the communications strategy.
  6. Proactively identify emerging issues and mitigate potential impacts in partnership with the broader Global Communications team.
  7. Build internal and external relationships to help effectively deliver integrated communication strategies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have a medium to senior level of experience in communications, public relations, and/or journalism within an international and demanding environment. You demonstrate a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of generating results.
